The Wholeness Work is like the practical sheet to the theory on ego and suffering we have heard about all through our lives.
There are lots of people who talk about how one should not come from an egoistical place, but never show us how not to do that.
With The Wholeness Work, we now have a “how”. How to release ourselves from a stuck place, from reoccurring patterns, from anxiety and worries, from various bodily ailments ... as we know the body speaks what the mind wants to say.

We now have a step-by-step way to release the ego and live a more whole, full and all-inclusive life.
I see The Wholeness Work as the next step in Spiritual Evolution. A technique that is not subject to a guru’s grace and yet uplifting spiritually mentally and emotionally. A technique that can be used anywhere and at any time. A technique that you cannot go wrong with. A technique that can be used for any life issues and one can find a resolution to; and last but not least, a technique that can release the most overwhelming of emotions and bring you to a sense of deep inner peace and balance.
Its the most organic deep inner work technique there is. Most people just get it instantly and easily. Since it goes to the most primitive part of our experience as human beings ,it brings change also from the most deepest parts of our beings, hence the changes are more reliable, instant, and consistent for a prolonged period of time.
People don't feel the changes till they pause to notice, as the changes are more about being your “original true self” before any life experiences changed you.
We are not born with anxiety and worries and stresses, we learn to have those as a way of being in this world. The Wholeness Work shows us how to become our true selves bit-by-bit, slowly but surely. It is a path to realizing our true selves by going through our daily lives.
Warm Regards
Deepa
